Kelly started at Major Son & Phipps in 2009 as a viewing assistant and worked her way up to becoming the office manager, a varied role which encompasses many of her skills, from property management to finance, administration to viewings. She is an invaluable part of the team and works full-time. When she is not in the office, she lives in Twickenham with her two grown-up girls.
